Today, students from Jewish Denver, a DJDS middle school options class, visited the Golda Meir Hosue Museum. DJDS parent and executive director of the Golda Meir House Museum Lena Fishman gave the students a detailed tour of the home. Students were able to make connections between what they had learned in class and the personal history of Golda Meir's time in Denver. The class will be working with the museum over the rest of the semester to help create a more engaging and interactive exhibit. The museum hasn't been changed since the 1990s, but our students are eager to work with Lena and be involved in this process. #denverjds #tzedek
