That's great, but videos that lack a person to engage with donโ€™t build long-term engagement with audiences. If thereโ€™s a person (or, better yet, people) who have big personalities and are good on camera, they can be your connection with the fanbase. Through those personalities, the club can showcase a window into the inner workings and can do it in a way that brings it to life. Showing someone the kit room in a video is one thing, following a superfan of the club getting involved with the work in the kit room takes it to another level. People engage with people.
