This shortened season made it tough to figure out exactly how good some players were performing due to the smaller sample size. I did the calculations to determine what the Sens’ top 10 scorers’ stats would look like if they scored at the same rate for a full 82 game season. The top row of numbers are their real stats from this season, and the bottom row is what their stats would have been in a full season. One thing that stands out is Evgenii Dadonov. Although he did not produce at his usual rate this season, he was still able to score a lot of goals for the situation he was in. He scored 28, 25, and 25 goals in his last three seasons in Florida playing alongside Barkov and Huberdeau. This season, he was on pace for 20 while playing primarily with White and Paul. He still scored 80% of what he would usually score playing with significantly less offensive linemates. I think that this shows he still had a good season, and there is no reason to believe why he cannot improve his scoring...
