The new Deer Valley Road Bridge is complete and drivers, pedestrians and cyclist are using the new roadway. The 711-foot bridge spans across Agua Fria River at Deer Valley Road and 109th Avenue. Because it’s an all-weather crossing, the bridge will improve traffic flow during storms, give emergency vehicles a direct route to residents living in unincorporated Maricopa County and provide a shorter drive time for residents commuting to and from Peoria.
