Over the last few months, the Interfraternity Council at UCR has decided to adopt a new position, Vice President of Performance Management. We are striving for a safer environment and are ultimately dedicated to preventing misconduct within our fraternities and the community as a whole at UCR. We acknowledge that the community in the past has not been educated we are striving to better the IFC community. #ifcucr
