If you’ve never been to @avelinadenver go online ASAP and make a reservation. This was definitely one of the five best meals I’ve had in 2021 and I’m already dying to go back. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great with an open kitchen concept and everything I ate was better than the next. More people need to be talking about this place because the menu items @chefoakley is cooking up are some of the best in all of Colorado. The menu @avelinadenver changes seasonally and every dish is executed thoughtfully. We enjoyed the Chef Entrust Dinner and got to try so many wonderful things!
