@coloradocampfire has been on my list of places to try for a while! I went for dinner this weekend and was impressed with their menu & huge list of beers on tap. They are a ranch to table restaurant and all their meat is sourced locally in Colorado whenever possible. We started the meal with the chicken tortilla nachos which were loaded with toppings 🔥The white cheddar queso was delicious and the appetizer was also gluten free. For my entree I got the Campfire Burger 🍔 which I inhaled with no crumbs to spare. The caramelized onion jam paired perfectly with the beef for an all around great burger!
