Had the pleasure of dining @bamboosushi last week & it was absolutely delicious. Bamboo is located in LoHi and is the worlds first certified sustainable sushi restaurant. The service was impeccable and all the small plates and sushi were amazing. I am also obsessed with crispy rice and they had four different options to choose from.
