@torodenver in @cherrycreeknorth is a spot you need to check out for great Pan-Latin cuisine! They serve small plates, family-style entrees and delicious hand crafted cocktails. We tried a few different things and loved them all - the Amarillo ceviche was so flavorful, the bison burger, that was the size of my head, was super juicy and the lomo saltado, a traditional latin entree, was superb.
