I first discovered Uchi when living in Austin, Texas and was so excited when they finally opened their doors in Denver a few years back. @uchidenver has a great menu filled with delicious nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls and other great items. Their fish is always fresh and tasty! I especially love going for their happy hour which they offer daily from 4-6:30pm. They have a great selection of tastings, nigiri, temaki and okashi to choose from, all at a discounted price.
