Need a great new restaurant to try in Denver? Then go checkout @benzinadenver on Colfax Avenue. They just opened their doors a few weeks ago and serve tasty Italian food with a modern vibe. The restaurant has unique architect as it was a converted muffler shop & gas station, which is where the name comes from (Benzina means gasoline in Italian)! We had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed everything we ate. We started with the trout Caesar salad and asparagus which were both so flavorful. For our main course we split two pizzas (Margherita & Mushroom) and the spatchcock chicken, which were all so delicious, we basically licked our plates clean.
