West of Surrender is family owned and operated saloon & kitchen serving up some of the tastiest scratch food! It’s hard to believe it was a year ago when I was joined by my fellow Colorado foodies @westofsurrender for a delicious meal! We enjoyed great food, tasty drinks & wonderful company! Looking back I don’t think any of us could have even imagined how the world was going to be turned upside down just a few days later with covid! It’s been incredible to see how the foodie community has come together over the last 365 days to support the restaurant industry that we hold so dear to us. And while it hasn’t been easy it’s been awesome to see how the food industry has adapted too - whether it be creating an online ordering service, adding delivery or bringing outdoor seating into the streets!
