Did you know our program isn't just sitting in a classroom all day? Our men also experience what we call occupational training. . They learn (and after they've been here a while, they help teach the new guys) how to paint (or landscape!) like a pro, they learn how to work as a team and resolve conflict in a healthy way (because we've all had that *one* time where we didn't see eye to eye with a colleague, am I right? 🙋🏻‍♂️😅), and one of the greatest benefits of occupational training (in our opinion) is the camaraderie that develops between these guys.
