Repost: yountvillelive Chef Tiffany Sewell (Chef_Tiff) has been able to check many boxes in her career -- cooking instructor, Sous Chef, Head Chef, and part-owner of a restaurant. Throughout these different experiences, Chef Sewell has been able to discover where her passions lie. Thankfully for all of us, it is in the kitchen, currently at the famed BrennansNOLA, where she is creating delicious Cajun bites. We got to spend some time with Chef Sewell when she hosted a Big Easy Throwdown demonstration at Yountville Live this past March alongside her pal ChefRyanHacker, and we can confirm the two brought the butter and the spice to California. Knowing where food comes from is a priority for Chef Sewell, and she takes pride in the relationships she has developed with local farmers, seafood providers and sustainable vendors.
