Admission is competitive and we encourage students to submit their applications early. UT offers both Early Decision (deadline Nov. 1) and Early Action (deadline Nov. 15). 2. Submit a strong essay that highlights the qualities you will bring to our Spartan community. 3. Letters of recommendation are not required, but highly encouraged. 4. Get to know UT better by visiting campus or taking a virtual tour online. 5. Find out who your UT admissions counselor is and stay connected to them throughout the application process.
