Plus is dairy free, vegan and can be made in one bowl (fewer dishes 👏) here’s what you’ll need to make it:
Sugar
Lemons
Vanilla
Vegetable oil
Applesauce
Lemon extract
All purpose flour
Baking soda and powder
Salt
Blueberries
For the frosting you’ll need:
Freeze dried blueberries
Vegan butter
Powdered sugar
Dairy free milk
This is the perfect cake as the weather turns a bit warmer. And its small size makes it easy to make and snack on (hence the name)!
