A crew of 7️⃣ Variables recently hit the road to shoot footage for oklahomajoes, first in Scottsdale, Arizona ☀️ then off to Louisville, Kentucky 🐎 Part one included showing off the personalities and styles of three different incredible cooks 🧑‍🍳 jonathanBBQ, learningtosmoke and showoff_bbq, who recently won first place for his ribs at the World Food Championships (kind of a big deal) 🍖 For the trip’s second leg, we were joined by chefedwardlee, a James Beard Award winner, who cooked up some mouthwatering reverse-seared tomahawk steaks 🥩 and pork belly with his signature bourbon BBQ sauce 🥃 But the real highlight of the trip?
