How ya doin? I’m tallskinnyguy, Associate Creative Director thevariablelab, and I dabble in all things copy. I’m from Cleveland, OH (yes, it rocks and no, the river isn’t on fire), and was raised in a blue-collar family whose backyard shared a wall with a monastery of Catholic nuns who took a vow of silence ⛪ Well, I’m anything but quiet and have brought my close-talking noise to Buffalo, NY, for my BA in Comm Studies at Canisius College, then to Austin, TX, for my MA in Advertising at University of Texas — Hook ‘Em! My wife Vanessa and I landed in Winston-Salem 12 years ago and have been together for almost 17 years; we have two teenage daughters, two fat-ass cats and a crazy Westie puppy. My life outside of The Variable is full of rock n’ roll 🎸 movies, craft beer, coffee, feverish OCD housecleaning and an insane amount of gymnastics practices and meets throughout the South.
