Madison Marsh, returned to her alma mater with 27 fellow state delegates. The #usafa2023 graduate became the first active-duty U.S. Air Force officer to win the Miss America Pageant in January. ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ธ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—ผ. The tour began with Superintendent Lt. Gen. Richard Clarkโ€™s mission briefing. Clark explained his priorities of developing leaders of character, preparing for future conflict and dignity and respect for all. He also stressed that the Academy is the institution for the nationโ€™s best and brightest students to challenge themselves. Delegates flew flight simulators in the Multi-Domain Laboratory, packed parachutes and sat in gliders during a tour of the 306th Flying Training Group at Davis Airfield. #missamerica2024 #leadersofcharacter
