#Unknowns time! - Older male with nasal cavity lesion described clinically as "mucocele." H&E shows a lesion with ropy collagen, bland stromal cells, few mature adipocytes and numerous small vessels. CD34 shows strong, diffuse staining. S100 and STAT6 are negative in lesional cells. What is your diagnosis and what stain will verify it? Answer posted tomorrow
