My “take-advantage-of-my-flexible-PTO” era 🌴 Take the vacation you are entitled to take. If you have flexible PTO, don’t be afraid to ask for what you need. I was afraid of asking for 3 weeks straight but all in all, I actually ended up taking 5-6 weeks off this year. Next year, I’m definitely going to plan for longer vacations especially if we’re going abroad. If you have PTO, take it!
