my first time in Seoul 🇰🇷 3 whole weeks off of work?? You best believe I was going to take advantage of it! We had an amazing time exploring Seoul - it’s a total blend of traditional and modern elements, with a LOT of things to do, see, and eat! Here were some of my highlights: 📍 Neighbourhoods to explore - Hongdae - Insadong - Dongdaemoon - Myeongdong 🥄 Places to eat - bhc_chicken_official for the best fried chicken - eggdrop.official for the best egg toast sandwiches - literally any coffee shop / there is a HUGE coffee scene there & it wasn’t hard to find a good cup of coffee or latte! - bbq meats with banchan (small side dishes) - again, I wasn’t too picky & it was good everywhere! 👀 Things to see - Gyeongbokgung Palace - Bukchon Village - DDP (Dongdaemun Design Plaza) 🧖🏼‍♀️ My must-do: visit a jimjilbong (Korean bathhouse) and get scrubbed down!
