the expectations were higher than ever ✈️ Whenever I started a new job, I had grand expectations that it would solve all the problems in my life because I’d finally get that raise, job title, and proper work/life balance that I deserved, right? 🚨NOPE! All of that work had to start and end with ME and my mindset towards my career/job. I finally started unpacking all of that myself, and making small changes to the way I view work.
