Are you an Abstainer or a Moderator? šŸ›‘ I recently learned about Gretchen Rubin’s idea of being a Moderator or Abstainer. Moderators find balance in occasionally indulging and avoid absolutes and strict rules. Abstainers embrace them; they find it easier to give something entirely than to do it just a little.
