Around 350,000 Americans each year require coronary artery bypass graft surgery to fix damaged heart vasculature. Patrick Jurney and his lab want to design a better graft. They’re using Silicon Valley knowhow and an engineering approach to creating the best synthetic graft they can. “We do good science.
