I'm in love with my Monday morning spin class with my sweaty sisters! We are rocking out to our sweaty self(ies). I've been applying the teachings of the indigenous medicine wheel to my life these last few months and noticing results. We are composed of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual domains. To feel whole, the domains must be in balance. I picked a career that requires me to literally sit in a chair 8 hours a day, which means I need to work harder at moving my body in my off hours. Three years of doing what I love in private practice knocked me off balance on the wellness wheel and resulted in an extra 20 lbs. What domain do you fall short?
