So the op-1 is a four track mono device. But also has the crazy COW effect. So I ran the sample through the cow with 3 different settings and one pitched down, put one track left, one right, one center. The result was this crazy ‘living’ and evolving effect, which totally changed the sound and vibe. The limits of the device and the unique fx made me experiment in a way I never would’ve thought of in a daw.
