This past weekend, the flag cadets traveled with the football team as they played against Duke. Veteran celebrations continued with the yearly Virginia Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, where cadets marched through Roanoke and talked with retired service members.  — Members of VPI Battalion, the Highty Tighties, Pipes and Drums, Color Guard, and Growley Team attended the Veterans Day Parade and interacted with the Roanoke community (Images 1-8).  Cadets Bailey Felter and Taylor Nordman traveled with the Hokies to receive the flags at the Saturday football game at Duke (Image 9).  U.S. Army 1st Lt.
