Looking back this time last year we ended up going into hiding. I for one thought it was great saving money and staying at home. Over time it made me miss hanging out with people and actually learning in person. These past two semesters were pretty hectic from having to work online and also do school online which I’d say surmounted to me being behind a screen probably 8+hours along with schoolwork. I can’t wait for this semester to be over as I have one more year left at CSUMB and will graduate as a first gen college student. I’ve been working on myself these past few months and I can definitely say it’s been for the better. Thankful to have friends and family that support me in what I do, and I hope to make my parents proud by walking that stage. I’m not trying to get that Zoom diploma...
