Dreaming of summer days, as snow gently collects on its head. This barred owl was roosting peacefully during the day with minimal movements. It only opened its eyes when a red squirrel or chickadee ventured too close. Only adding to its camouflage, the owl was seemingly unbothered by the growing pile of snow.
