Seattle came out of the gate with energy and speed, jumping out to a lead as Jewell Loyd broke and set the wnba single season scoring record early into the first quarter. It was a historic day for Loyd and teammate Ezi Magbegor, but ultimately ended in a tight loss as Seattle continued hold their lead.
