From 20thcenturyracing: The first summer Matt and I were together we would ride two up on his 1936 Harley Davidson Knucklehead across the country. Unfortunately we broke his frame under his seat post after doing wheelies in St.Paul, this is a pretty common problem with 1936 Harley Knucklehead frames. Within a spare weekend we had taken his 1936 motor and transmission out of his main bike and put together this chromed tanked bobber you see pictures above. After I laid some slick striping we were ready for our next 4000 mile trip. Over that entire summer Matt and I logged over 8000 miles two up on his old motorcycle. The best passenger configuration was just a simple pillow on the rear fender and using the top rear section of the frame for my feet instead of foot pegs.
