BREAKING: Our Mariners have promoted Andy McKay to assistant GM. McKay is entering his eighth year with the Mariners. He was hired as the organization’s Director of Player Development on Oct. 21, 2015 and promoted to Senior Director of Baseball Development on Nov. 15, 2021. He spent the last seven seasons overseeing all aspect of the Mariners minor league system, including roster management and skills development.
