Trevor’s most valuable takeaways from his involvement with the programs revolved around failure. “Every program I was involved in had Old Masters and Rising Professionals that shared stories about times when they either: 1.Feared failure as they took different steps throughout their careers or 2.Experienced failure firsthand and learned to embrace and grow from it.
