TODAY, at Noon, omicronptk will gather on the front steps of the MN State Capitol to urge lawmakers to support public higher education, fund free college for all, and enact President Biden’s student loan debt forgiveness program. We must show up and push for reinvestment in higher education. Minnesota has a $17 billion surplus. Inaction now will mean a continued rise in student debt, dramatic drops in enrollment, and further cuts to campuses. The bus will depart from RCTC's main entrance (Atrium) at 10:15 AM! We'll return to campus at 3:30 PM (just as the snow starts to fall!). Please dress for the weather and bundle up!
