Try our Mocha Cake recipe, using one of your Caramel flavored coffee K-Cup or Vue packs. 1 cup white sugar. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar. 6 Tbsp vegetable oil. 1 Butterscotch or Caramel flavored coffee K-Cup or Vue pack, brewed @ 8 ounce setting. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dump the sugar, flour, salt, soda and cocoa into large mixing bowl and whisk to combine. In another bowl, combine vanilla, vinegar, oil, and coffee. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour batter into 8x8 ungreased cake pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
