Need to beat the heat? Whip up some Coffee Syrup Sundaes! 1 Hazelnut flavored coffee K-Cup or Vue pack, brewed @ 8 ounce setting. 1 cup sugar. Pint of vanilla ice cream. 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. Maraschino cherries. Combine coffee and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Lower heat & simmer 3 minutes, stirring often. Place one scoop ice cream into each bowl. Drizzle about 1/4 cup coffee sauce, top with whipped cream, toasted almonds & a cherry. Makes 4 servings.
