Here is a FULL BODY HOME WORKOUT-only using 1 kettlebell 1 resistance band and 1 mini band!😊 1. Bent over row using a resistance band-3x12
2. Banded static lunge w/pulse-12 (R), 12(L), 12(normal squat) 3 times
3. Kettle bell deadlift to overhead press-3x12
4. Tuck crunches-3x12
