Crow pose is one of my favorite yoga poses! This pose was the first arm balance I learned!☺️

How do you do it you may be asking🙋🏻♀️ ———————————————————————————
1. Start by standing with your arms to the side and your feet separated mat distance apart
2. You want to lower yourself towards the mat into a squat~lowering the hips and bending the knees
3. Once in the squat position, bring your torso slightly forward and bring your elbows on the inside of your knees with hands together (garland pose)
4. Bring your hands to the mat~shoulder distance apart
5. Once your hands are on the mat (keep them flat and fingers separated to help with feeling secure) , start to lean forward by bringing your shins/knees to the upper part of your back arms/armpits
6. Start to lean forward by rounding your back, and engaging your abdominals drawing the belly in towards the spine
