I am a certified yoga instructor in three different areas! I graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science a few years ago and just recently finished a degree in OT. I am in the process of obtaining my certification in personal training! I discovered yoga in high school when I swam competitively and needed relaxation and flexibility after all those crazy hours of training.
