Sooo...we've ordered (and made) it pretty much every few days since it was invented by the craft cocktail bartenders at Packard's. . Locally sourced, of course. Viejo Cancun Organic Tequila is an OK-owned Mexican tequila company. Strong Tonic's new Ginger Syrup is our favorite product yet from the Heritage Hills-based craft tonic company. The rest is just nature at her best. . Cheers, y'all!. . THE GINGER MAN . 1.5 oz Viejo Cancun Silver Tequila 1 oz. Ginger Strong Tonic Syrup .75 oz fresh lime juice 1.5 oz apple shrub or cider* pinch of cayenne pepper. . Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker for 15 seconds. . Rim a coupe glass with cayenne and salt (season to taste). . Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with a thinly sliced apple. . ...
