Last week,
@paulrabil announced his retirement from professional lacrosse, adding to the litany of big name players hanging it up this season.
It's crazy that Paul is, in many ways, under appreciated as a player. Breaking the outdoor points record from the midfield is truly insane. The next closest midfielder has half the points he does.
Just think about that. Paul put up attackman like numbers while running out of the box.
It's even crazier to me, that the best player of his generation, is probably more known for the things he does off the field. Lacrosse wouldn't be where it is today with PR.
Congrats on retirement, Paul.
I can't wait to see where the PLL goes with you putting all of your energy into pushing the league even farther.
