progress over the last 2 months... while i’m not at the weight i wanted to be at right now, I feel that my body has changed not just in size, but in shape.
LOST: 18 lbs (248-229)
my goals:
- create a SUSTAINABLE body not a perfect looking body for myself. i am not aiming towards a certain look, but a certain feeling/mindset.
- lose fat for my health and ease of life bc i only have so much of it
- create healthy habits that will set me up for success in my struggle areas (food & exercise).
!!setting fitness goals surrounding how you want to feel in your body rather than how you want to look in it creates a foundation that is more sustainable and achievable!!
