Join the Terre Haute Symphony Strings and Principal Harp, Melanie Mashner, under the direction of Artistic Director, David Bowden, for an afternoon of exceptional chamber music by Johann Strauss Jr., Arvo Pärt, Caroline Shaw, Percy Grainger, Aaron Copland and more at Hatfield Hall on March 17th. The THSO also welcomes back former Concertmaster and violin-phenom Elina Rubio to perform Ravel's fiery and virtuosic "Tzigane." Plus, Rubio will be joined by current Concertmaster Erina Buchholz for Bach's ethereal Double Violin Concerto! The concert will last 75-80 minutes without an intermission.
