The back half-month of September and the beginning half-month of October is Hispanic Heritage Month. I say we just take both months and call it a Fiesta. We recently had a Hispanic Heritage Month kick-off and I snagged this picture of lights and the papel picado that is nationally known because of the movie Coco. As the sun was setting, it gave a nice backdrop and I tried to underexpose the scene with the idea of raising the shadows in post-processing and this is what I got.
