Once the programming step is completed, the full OEM wheel is loaded into our HAAS ST40 lathe to be split, and have a front/backside register created. After the lathe operations are complete, the split centers are loaded into our HAAS VF3 mill, where bolt holes are drilled, and countersunk bolt flange seats are created.
