It's time to kick off #43GreenFriday by getting to know our 43 Green team! This week we introduce you to Dave Mevis. 👋   When he's not serving as VP of Community Development here at Habitat, Dave spends his time running (every day, even to and from the train in the Chicago winters!), soaking in quality family time with his son, Evan, who has a genetic disorder called CDKL5 (Evan brightens every room he enters!), making sure all of his senior rescue dogs receive ample pets, and leading trips to Haiti with his church's youth group (he's been on 7 trips since 2010)!   As an avid IndyCar fan, Dave has attended 50 races in person! He branches out with his favorite ice cream flavor - vanilla 😉 and his favorite vacation spots are Door County, WI and Estes Park, CO!
