There’s a Christmas wreath still hanging on our porch because I strive to leave a little bit more Christmas around each year. Earlier this spring we noticed a bird flying away from the wreath every time we left the house. Upon further inspection, there was a nest in the wreath! At the beginning of April, Emily later discovered we had eggs in the nest. We had some happy bird parents outside. We were curious as to when we would hear the chirping of the babies but nothing came, until Emily shouted to me “grab your camera!” We discovered that the eggs had hatched into the babies!
