I love spicy foods. We made a scorpion burger tonight for dinner. It’s made out of 1lb of grass fed beef and only 1 teaspoon of fresh from the garden ground Trinidad scorpion powder. On It we had homemade pickles, freshly made (and homemade) chipotle hot sauce, garden fresh tomatoes, and garden fresh Italian long hots. All on Ezekiel bread. Superb flavor with a nice pinch of heat on the back end. What else should we make with Trinidad scorpions or Carolina reapers?
