From providing essential parenting skills to nurturing healthy communication and building a strong sense of community, they are there every step of the way to ensure families thrive. Their programs include trauma-informed behavioral health and counseling; Postpartum parent education groups to reduce postpartum depression; Workshops on relationship and communication skills for couples; Evidence-based parent training for parents with 3- to 6-year-olds; and more. With support from Caring for Denver Foundation, the WiseWellness program ensures mental health services are readily accessible to all, particularly underserved and underrepresented pregnant/postpartum women and teens.
